Shipping

All U.S. orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination.

If you haven’t received an email confirmation after placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder—sometimes emails get filtered there.

Each order may take up to 3-5 days for fulfillment before shipping. This means we carefully prepare and package your order within this timeframe before sending it out. Your total delivery time will depend on your location, but most customers receive their orders within 7-10 days.

 

Returns & Exchanges

 All sales are FINAL. The Flumee team does NOT offer exchanges or returns of any kind. If you were sent the wrong item or size please email us at us@flumee.shop and we will assist you to get the correct item :) 

 We are UNABLE to cancel orders after they are submitted. Be sure ALL shipping information and items within your cart are correct before processing your order.

 

Shipping Provider/Address Information

Once your package is shipped, Flumee is NOT responsible for any issues caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience any problems, please contact the carrier directly.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to make changes once the order is processed.
